I started out in a firm
where we learn the frameworks, standards, and methodological rigor. COSO, IIA standards, risk matrices: the foundations are solid.
But a framework is not enough
What makes the difference is understanding how a business really works — not on paper, but in the corridors. I have worked in industry, software, and the food sector.
Seidō was born from this realization
SMEs need the same level of standards as large groups — but adapted to their size, their tools, and their pace.
